Most orders will ship within 3-6 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

You can track your order status by clicking on the blue "View your order" button found in your order confirmation email. The email also shows the estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you chose when checking out.

If your order has shipped, please use the carrier tracking number provided to you via email.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our website or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

At this time, Laser Walrus ONLY ships to locations within the continental United States (the 48 states that touch each other).

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first shipment of a multiple shipment order.

Wherever sales tax nexus is established, Laser Walrus charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
