Can you include a gift note?

Does my engraved tumbler fit in a cup holder?

They are designed to fit in most cup holders. If you are concerned, we’re happy to double check and confirm. Please contact us with the diameter measurement of your cup holder. https://laserwalrus.com/pages/contact

How can I clean my tumbler or water bottle?

Hand washing only is recommended. However, we’ve never had problems running ours through the dishwasher.

How long will my design last?

Forever! Your design is permanent and won’t fade, crack, or peel. Laser engraving removes a portion of the surface resulting in a permanent marking that reveals the subsurface color. For example, on a tumbler, the powder coating is engraved away, revealing the silver color of the 18/8 food-grade stainless steel (type 304).

Can the font on the main graphic be changed?

The only font changes we offer are for the optional personalization text. For example - name, initials, monogram, quote, short poem, lyrics, bible verse, special date, etc.

Can you engrave in color?

Can you send me a mockup or digital proof?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer proofs. The proofing process slows us down and delays production times.

We only offer proofs for bulk orders. Please make sure to request it in the optional personalization field right before you add the item to your cart. We will then provide a proof before beginning production.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, Laser Walrus ONLY ships to locations within the continental United States (the 48 states that touch each other). We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or any international destinations.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status by clicking on the blue "View your order" button found in your order confirmation email. The email also shows the estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you chose when checking out.

If your order has shipped, please use the carrier tracking number provided to you via email.

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, production times can vary 3-6 business days before shipping.

I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

Once your order ships, we don’t have any way to update the address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it. However, you are responsible for the new shipping charge.
